WHAT WE DO / LAND PROMOTION
Your land.
Our shared ambition.
A trusted partner to help you explore what your land could become.
For suitable sites, we fund and manage the agreed planning process through a promotion agreement, working alongside you towards a shared outcome.
Tell us about your land
A PARTNERSHIP, FROM THE OUTSET
You know your land.
We know planning.
Whether you have a small parcel of land or a wider development opportunity, the starting point is the same: understanding your objectives and what may be achievable.
We assess the planning potential, identify the issues that need attention and discuss whether promotion is the right approach. Where it is, we agree the work, funding and commercial terms together.
Our role is to guide the process, coordinate the right expertise and keep you involved in the decisions along the way.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A clear route.
Considered at every step.
- 01
Start with a conversation.
Tell us about the site and what you hope to achieve. We review its planning potential and offer a complimentary initial appraisal.
- 02
Agree the partnership.
If the opportunity is right for promotion, we agree the scope, costs, responsibilities and how the proceeds will be shared.
- 03
Shape and progress the planning strategy.
We coordinate the consultant team, prepare the application and manage the planning process, keeping you informed as it progresses.
- 04
Bring the opportunity to market.
Following consent, we help connect the site with suitable developers in line with the agreed approach.
LANDOWNERS & DEVELOPERS
The right connections
matter.
Planning permission opens the door. Finding the right development partner is the next step.
We help connect landowners with developers seeking their next site. If you’re a developer, tell us where you’re looking and the opportunities that suit your business.
Discuss your requirementsYOUR QUESTIONS
Do I need planning permission before talking to Hex?
No. We can help at the earliest stage, including exploring whether your land has development potential.
Who pays for the planning work?
For a suitable promotion opportunity, Hex funds the work covered by the agreed promotion arrangement. Costs, recovery of those costs and the sharing of proceeds are set out in the agreement before work starts.
What should I send you?
A location plan or address, an approximate site area and a few lines about your objectives are a helpful starting point. Any planning history or drawings will help us understand the site too.
